I wear western style work boots and they have to have western decorative stitching on the toes . One of my customers started enforcing the steel toe work shoe thingy so I had to try and find steel toe western workboots in the style that I wear. Man what a tough time I had.
Tried several types and they either looked crappy or they looked good but wouldn’t fit. I stumbled onto the Double-H boots and as soon as I saw the picture of the “12 inch Gel Ice work western boots #DH1592″ I knew that I hit pay dirt!
They looked great so I bought them and I love them. They are really well made. The fit is perfect and I am proud of them. Best of all they are made right here in the good old USA ! That means a lot since I am in the Plumber’s Union!
I liked them so much that I bought the same pair without the steel toes to wear as casual boots # DH1552, and they are made in the USA too!

After purchasing two pairs the women’s Buckaroo, I will never buy a different brand of boot again. The first pair has been worn, re-soled, and still worn. The second pair was less than 1 year old when I was in a major vehicle accident/rollover. I smashed my foot between the door and the seat frame, which literally exploded the boot. The sole was separated and bowed, and the leather was torn from the sole. Although I had to get the boot repaired, my doctor was sure that if it had not been for the boots, there would be little to nothing left of my foot. Due to the protection offered by my boot, I only suffered a small chip in a bone in my foot. I will stand behind Double-H boots forever. Thanks for the great quality.
